{"id":53830,"date":"2018-03-12T17:37:05","date_gmt":"2018-03-12T16:37:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/youth\/social-inclusion-through-art-introducing-inout-in-palermo\/"},"modified":"2025-07-29T09:27:08","modified_gmt":"2025-07-29T07:27:08","slug":"social-inclusion-through-art-introducing-inout-in-palermo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/youth\/social-inclusion-through-art-introducing-inout-in-palermo\/","title":{"rendered":"Social inclusion through art: introducing In&#038;Out in Palermo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><br \/>Do you want to live with us an evening full of artistic performance, discussions and new ideas?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Friday 23rd March 2018, from 18:00 at the oratory of Santa Chiara (Palermo)<\/strong>&nbsp;will take place the first&nbsp;<strong>public event of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/in-out\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">In&amp;Out<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project aims to create a network of&nbsp;<strong>cooperation and exchange of good practices between youth workers in Europe and those working in the Caribbean<\/strong>, bringing together faraway territories, through art in various forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The initiative is open to all young people, social workers and all those interested in the&nbsp;<strong>social inclusion of young people through non-formal education methodologie<\/strong>s. Discussions, artistic performances and presentations of new training opportunities for young people and youth workers are scheduled during the evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will be glad to count on the participation of the European&nbsp;<strong>partners involved in the project, coming from Guadeloupe, Spain, Sweden and Italy,<\/strong>&nbsp;who will share with us their&nbsp;<strong>experiences in the youth field&nbsp;<\/strong>as well as presenting and experimenting some of their&nbsp;<strong>intervention and methodologies in non-formal education<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Multiplyer Event<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>In&amp;Out: Boosting disadvantaged youth and migrant integration<\/strong><br \/><strong>through cultural and volunteering activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Venerd\u00ec 23 Marzo 2018 | ore 18.00<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Santa Chiara, Piazza Santa Chiara, 1, 90134 \u2013 Palermo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In collaboration with other associations and projects active in the local and international field, we will spend the evening with sharing moments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Presentation of the\u00a0<strong>\u201cIn &amp; Out\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dance and theatre performances by the participants in the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.non6solo.it\/ragazziharraga\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external noreferrer\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Ragazzi Harraga<\/a>\u00a0project: specifically addressed to\u00a0<strong>young migrant who arrive alone<\/strong>, supporting them in the construction and implementation of their life project, through\u00a0<strong>active and interactive methodologies<\/strong>\u00a0that bring out and strengthen their skills and competences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentation of the new cultural association\u00a0<strong>\u201cNiofar\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0founded by young people involved in the Ragazzi Harraga workshops.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentation of the group rap from Palermo\u00a0<strong>Bakku ndal<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Multi-ethnic refreshment\u00a0<\/strong>provided by<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/moltivolti.org\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external noreferrer\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Moltivolti<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This event closes\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/get-involved\/inout-training-course-about-youth-and-non-formal-education-methodologies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">the international training course of the In&amp;Out project<\/a>, which will take place in\u00a0<strong>Palermo from 19th to 25th March<\/strong>\u00a0and will involve\u00a0<strong>20 participants<\/strong>\u00a0from all partner countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the next phases of the project, we will create an&nbsp;<strong>online platform<\/strong>&nbsp;which will collect all training materials based on different non-formal education methodologies for intervention with disadvantaged young people and young migrants, directed to social workers working in the field and co-produced by the project partners.
