Thus, there is always the need to&nbsp;<strong>develop new approaches and strategies for differentiation<\/strong>&nbsp;in order to&nbsp;<strong>favour the inclusion of each learner in education<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New technologies as&nbsp;<strong>tablets and other mobile devices can give a great support to teachers<\/strong>&nbsp;in the development and implementation of these methodologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/tablio\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">TABLIO<\/a>&nbsp;team is supporting&nbsp;<strong><em>Teacher Design Teams<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;(TDTs), groups of teachers, in the different partner organisations\u2019 countries in&nbsp;<strong>developing, implementing and evaluating new pedagogical approaches on differentiation through the use of mobile devices<\/strong>. In TDTs, teachers will collaborate in a&nbsp;<strong>creative space<\/strong>&nbsp;in which each participant has his\/her role in developing a new pedagogical arrangement to address the mentioned challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Representatives of the partner organisations met in Istanbul (Turkey) on the 12<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;and 13<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;December to update on the developments of the project at local and national level as well as to share&nbsp;<strong>the first results of the TDTs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have been discussing the challenges identified by the Teacher Design Teams and some of the approaches and apps that could be used to address them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the challenges identified, there are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improving students\u2019\u00a0<strong>speaking skills<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increasing\u00a0<strong>involvement<\/strong>\u00a0of students with learning and cognitive disabilities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increasing\u00a0<strong>motivation<\/strong>\u00a0of students;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tracking the\u00a0<strong>learning path<\/strong>\u00a0of students;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increasing\u00a0<strong>autonomy<\/strong>\u00a0of students and favour\u00a0<strong>self-learning<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development\u00a0<strong>of problem solving skills<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We had the opportunity to exchange ideas and knowledge on how to support and advice the TDTs, design the pedagogical arragements and on the next steps of their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/tablio\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">TABLIO&nbsp; \u2013 Tablets for classroom differentiation and inclusion&nbsp;<\/a>is a project co-funded by the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/programmes\/erasmus-plus\/organisations_en\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">Erasmus+ programme, Key Action 2: Strategic Partnerships for school education<\/a>&nbsp;aiming at promoting the use of tablets and other mobile devices to support teachers of primary and secondary education in the implementation of differentiation strategies in schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project involves 7 organizations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pxl.be\/Pub\/International\/(13217)-Home-International-PXL-University-College.html\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" noreferrer\">INUK<\/a>\u00a0(Slovenia),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.han.nl\/international\/english\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">HAN University of
