{"id":53691,"date":"2017-12-12T12:52:26","date_gmt":"2017-12-12T11:52:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/youth\/youth-workers-innovative-online-training-course-for-the-youth-workers-of-tomorrow\/"},"modified":"2025-07-16T16:06:01","modified_gmt":"2025-07-16T14:06:01","slug":"youth-workers-innovative-online-training-course-for-the-youth-workers-of-tomorrow","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/youth\/youth-workers-innovative-online-training-course-for-the-youth-workers-of-tomorrow\/","title":{"rendered":"Youth Workers+: Innovative Online training course for the youth workers of tomorrow"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How to&nbsp;<strong>train the future youth workers<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How to develop&nbsp;<strong>job skills and competences<\/strong>&nbsp;in the field of&nbsp;<strong>mobility and Erasmus+ projects<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;<strong><em>Online training course for E+ Youth Workers<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;project aims to address the needs of the European organizations to train and to involve young people in the European job context of Erasmus + mobility projects and all careers connected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project aims to develop the following objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To achieve\u00a0<strong>relevant and high-quality skills and competences<\/strong>\u00a0for youth workers through\u00a0<strong>innovative approaches connecting them with the labour market<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To develop\u00a0<strong>online training courses for different targets<\/strong>: project managers in E+ projects, EVS mentors, EVS facilitators, youth exchange\u2019s leaders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first project meeting took place at CESIE\u2019s office in Palermo on&nbsp;<strong>November 16th and 17th 2017<\/strong>, involving five different project\u2019s partners.
