people<\/strong>&nbsp;with fewer opportunities to<strong>&nbsp;favor their social inclusion<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How to motivate them to participate in mobility projects to raise their&nbsp;<strong>employability<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>social skills<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the&nbsp;<strong>5th partner meeting<\/strong>&nbsp;hold in Lille (France) on&nbsp;<strong>28th and 29th November 2017<\/strong>, we discussed about the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/cope\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">COPE<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 online platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It will gather all the newly created tools (training material, videos, guidelines) which are meant for training resources and guidance for young people interested in mobility and personal development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All this information will help participants to increase their understanding about the mobility projects, their advantages and requirements, to increase their cultural awareness and accept\/understand differences in their country and in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then, the partners will translate the training kit and the guidelines that are published on the platform to maximise the numbers of individuals who can benefit from it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/cope\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">COPE \u2013 Connection Opportunities for People in Europe<\/a>&nbsp;lasts 2 years and is coordinated co-funded by Erasmus+&nbsp;Strategic Partnership in the field of youth.<br \/>The main aims of the project are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to connect young people in Europe&nbsp;with the aim at increasing<strong>&nbsp;social inclusion<\/strong>, promoting&nbsp;<strong>EU values<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>diversity&nbsp;<\/strong>acceptance and&nbsp;<strong>inter-cultural and social dialogue<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to encourage the youth to support their peers in need thought&nbsp;<strong>voluntarism and learning exchanges<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to fight against&nbsp;<strong>long-term work\/training inactivity<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to increase young people with fewer opportunities&nbsp;<strong>basic skills&nbsp;<\/strong>through&nbsp;<strong>simplified training&nbsp;<\/strong>and&nbsp;<strong>peer learning<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to connect young people with fewer opportunities with&nbsp;<strong>job centres<\/strong>&nbsp;and inform them about&nbsp;<strong>European job support and initiatives<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to&nbsp;<strong>make Erasmus+ accessible to everyone<\/strong>&nbsp;and motivate young people with fewer opportunities to take part in a mobility project;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>toincreasing young people with fewer opportunity&nbsp;<strong>employability and social skills<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to decrease young people\u2019s fears related to&nbsp;<strong>mobility through guidance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project\u2019s partnership groups five organisations from different
