Anyway, Europe recognizes a <strong>strategic role to the youth work<\/strong> as it offers <strong>a real space for sharing and exchanging between generations<\/strong>. Recently, due to the high percentage of <strong>young migrants<\/strong>, <strong>youth workers need to strengthen some competences<\/strong> to work with them.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/project\/papyrus\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">The Papyrus project &#8211; \u00a0Professional Action and Practice for Youth Refugees and Asylum Seekers<\/a> &#8211; develops the competence of those working with migrant youth. The primary <strong>target group<\/strong> of the project is <strong>youth workers<\/strong> and those studying towards the profession.<\/p>\n<p>The training kit developed by the partners will be available in an <strong>open-access website with multi-language training packages<\/strong> that each youth worker can download anytime. The topics of the training kit are different and related to <strong>multiculturalism<\/strong>,<strong> inclusion<\/strong>,<strong> economy<\/strong>,<strong> abuse prevention<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, a <strong>Quality Assessment and Monitoring Committee<\/strong> will be created to provide information to partners on what worked, what did not, and why determining the <strong>efficiency<\/strong>, <strong>consistency<\/strong>, <strong>effectiveness<\/strong>, <strong>relevance<\/strong>, and sustainability of project results and outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>The main aim of the Papyrus project is to <strong>raise the standards of youth work around working with migrants and refugees<\/strong> through consolidating knowledge and skills around working with these vulnerable young people.<\/p>\n<p>The project\u2019s partnership groups five organisation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www2.mmu.ac.uk\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">The Manchester Metropolitan University<\/a> (United Kingdom) &#8211; Coordinator<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tuas.fi\/en\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">TUAS \u2013 Turku University of Applied Sciences Ltd.<\/a> (Finland)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kopin.org\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">Kopin \u2013 Koperazzjoni Internazzjonali<\/a> (Malta)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wb-institute.org\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">WEBIN \u2013 Western Balkans Institute Udruzenje<\/a> (Serbia)<\/li>\n<li>CESIE (Italy).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For further information, send an e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:daria.labarbera@cesie.org\">daria.labarbera@cesie.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Raise the standards of youth work around working with migrants and refugees through consolidating knowledge around dealing with vulnerable young people.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":12,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[27235],"tags":[],"unita":[],"class_list":["post-53339","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-migration"],"acf":[],"aioseo_notices":[],"aioseo_head":"\n\t\t<!-- All in One SEO Pro 4.9.9 -
