{"id":53274,"date":"2017-03-27T12:53:28","date_gmt":"2017-03-27T10:53:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/migration\/entrepreneurship-and-refugees-socio-economic-inclusion\/"},"modified":"2017-03-27T12:53:28","modified_gmt":"2017-03-27T10:53:28","slug":"entrepreneurship-and-refugees-socio-economic-inclusion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/migration\/entrepreneurship-and-refugees-socio-economic-inclusion\/","title":{"rendered":"Entrepreneurship and refugees\u2019 socio-economic inclusion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Prepare employers to facilitate the access to the <strong>labor market for refugees<\/strong> whose legal status has been officially defined.<\/p>\n<p>The Kick-off meeting of the project<strong> REST &#8211; Refugee Employment Support and Training<\/strong> \u2013 took place on the <strong>2nd and 3rd of March 2017<\/strong>, hosted by the project coordinator <strong>Landkreis Kassel<\/strong> in Kassel, Germany.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting brought together 8 partner organizations including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinatore: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.landkreiskassel.de\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">Landkreis Kassel <\/a>(Germany),<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/dieberater.com\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">Die Berater Unternehmensberatungs GmbH<\/a> (Austria),<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.blinc-eu.org\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">Blinc e.g.<\/a> (Germany),<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/adice.asso.fr\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">ADICE &#8211; Association pour le d\u00e9veloppement des initiatives citoyennes et europ\u00e9ennes<\/a> (France),<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.4-elements.org\/en\/home\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">FOUR ELEMENTS<\/a> (Greece),<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/catrobg.com\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">Catro<\/a> (Bulgaria)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/at.syrianforum.org\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">Syrian Forum Austria<\/a> (Austria),<\/li>\n<li>CESIE (Italy).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The project REST, co-funded by the <strong>Asylum, Migration and Integration fund (AMIF) of the European Commission<\/strong>, aims to contribute to the efficient <strong>management of migration flows<\/strong>, also to strengthen, develop and implement a common Union\u2019s approach regarding <strong>asylum<\/strong> and <strong>immigration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The project REST addresses one of the recent concerns about the integration of refugees into the labor market, as well as <strong>cross-cultural and psycho-social issues of refugees<\/strong>. \u00a0In this context, the project will develop and test a <strong>training course for human resource managers<\/strong> of different companies.
