Are you a project manager, selecting, sending an\/or hosting people in Europe within educational and training programmes?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So, the <a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/media\/cesie.org_description_PCIMPRESS.pdf\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">PC IMPRESS<\/a> <strong>Skills Portfolio<\/strong> is for you!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>What is it? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Skills Portfolio is a collection of tools for evaluating and monitoring the participant\u2019s learning path during a mobility project (e.g. European Voluntary Service, internship, etc.). The Portfolio contains:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>3 questionnaires for evaluation of the key-competences to be filled out before, during and after the mobility experience<\/li>\n<li>Monthly diary to be used during the mobility<\/li>\n<li>Key-words useful for the compilation of the questionnaires and the monthly diary<\/li>\n<li>Linguistic test in English, Italian, Spanish, French, German, Polish<\/li>\n<li>Definition and description of the 8 key-competences<\/li>\n<li>Skills glossary to valorise the competencies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Why?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A lot of youngsters never categorize and capitalize what they know in terms of knowledge and skills; when you are in a job interview you need to know how to present yourself and the competences gained.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Skill Portfolio want to give new and adequate tools for who willing to carry on a mobility project abroad and who working in this field, in order to decrease the gap between the educational and work field, one of the main goal of the <a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/programmes\/erasmus-plus\/about_en\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">Erasmus+ Programme<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Where?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Here you can download the Skill Portfolio in 6 several languages (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/media\/Skills_portfolio_IT.pdf\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Italian<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/media\/Skills_portfolio_EN.pdf\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">English<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/media\/Skills_portfolio_FRA.pdf\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">French<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/media\/Skills_portfolio_ESP.pdf\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Spanish<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/media\/Skills_portfolio_PL.pdf\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Polish<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/media\/Skills_portfolio_NL.pdf\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Dutch<\/a><\/strong>) and in the <a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/digital-library\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">CESIE digital library<\/a>.
