It represents also an innovative educational approach that enables young people to reflect on three \u00a0main ideas about drug consumption that they usually adopt without having been sufficiently thought out in a rational way:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>The relationship between consumption and problems avoidance,<\/li>\n<li>The expectation of fun deposited in the cannabis use<\/li>\n<li>The supposed need for integration in a group as a motivator of consumption that perform or intend to perform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The \u201cCAPPYC\u201d programme is based on an audiovisual presentation that contains a series of excerpts from the story of Alex and Salva, two seventeen-year-old youths, about what they expect from the use of drugs (especially cannabis) and what drugs give them back. The ultimate goal of \u201cCAPPYC\u201d is, precisely, to \u00a0increase the awareness of the <em>risks<\/em> of consumption and adjust the perception of <em>benefits<\/em>, as these are frequently clearly unbalanced.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the field of the prevention of drug addiction it is not often you find proposals targeting young girls and boys aged 15 to 18. The main reason for this lies in the difficulties presented at this age for such purpose. Their proximity to the coming of age, differing educational situations, the presence of already stabilized consumption and the supposed impenetrability of this age range to adult proposals are aspects that enhance this difficulty.
