\"My<\/a>My name is Giulia Mormino and from 8 to 15 of November 2015, I took part in a learning mobility project called \u201cCoaching Young Entrepreneurs- Providing Support in Making the First Step\u201d in Limassol, Cyprus. The project was hosted by DOREA Educational Institute WTF, in which CESIE was one of the partner.<\/p>\n

Within Erasmus+ programme, a training course is a project where youth workers and youth leaders come together for several days to develop their knowledge, skills, and attitudes on a certain theme. The daily programme of the course was based on learning objectives and facilitated by experienced trainers. The training courses promote the initiative and creativity of participants and have a direct impact on their future youth work or youth policy activities, such as organising quality projects and providing intercultural and non-formal learning experiences for young people.<\/p>\n

We were 36 people coming from Belarus, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Georgia, Italy, Kosovo, Moldova, Netherlands, Spain, and United Kingdom.<\/p>\n

The project addressed directly the issues of entrepreneurship, creativity and employability of young people in Europe, and provided non-formal training to youth workers in order to enhance our capacities and skills to be able to motivate youth in taking the initiative of starting its own business and making a positive transition to the work field.<\/p>\n

Regarding my personal professional experience, this training helped me to observe things in a different way: from a rational and economic point of view and what it\u2019s necessary do to achieve a goal for example.<\/p>\n

The training encouraged me to implement and improve my own skills and ideas entrepreneurial through explanations, attitudes, comparisons with other young people really motivated. So this type of comparison developed me positivity and optimism as well as self- confidence.<\/p>\n

According to me it\u2019s very useful and important to take part in a such wonderful experience, because, it is really rewarding and gratifying; it\u2019s really important also to compare own skills, culture, lifestyles, habits and customs with different people. You learn to speak, and in general to communicate in another language (generally English, but not always) you improve your capabilities to stay and work in a group, so you can see how get along with people from different countries. You can also study different subjects, and learn new things that can be useful for your personal growth or professional experience. And at the end it\u2019s an amazing experience!<\/p>\n
