In fact, the five European partners will develop a\u00a0<strong>comprehensive Toolbox\u00a0<\/strong>with a set of fresh, innovative\u00a0<strong>resources and practical tools for youth work practitioners, universities and training providers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The two-year project, which is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission, was launched on 2<sup>nd<\/sup>&nbsp;and 3<sup>rd<\/sup>&nbsp;December 2015 with the&nbsp;<strong>Kick-off meeting<\/strong>&nbsp;at the University of Gloucestershire in Cheltenham, United Kingdom. The five partners from United Kingdom, Slovakia, Turkey, Croatia and Italy, initiate their project activities with a research on the&nbsp;<strong>existing practice, needs and gaps of inclusive youth work<\/strong>&nbsp;in their countries. The results of the research will be collated and published in a \u201cNeeds Analysis Report\u201d and guide the focus of the RIDE Toolbox. To answer the question:&nbsp;<strong>\u201cWhy be involved with equality, inclusion and diversity in youth practice?\u201d&nbsp;<\/strong>the RIDE partners will gather information on the&nbsp;<strong>principles and approaches that guide youth work practice<\/strong>&nbsp;in the EU and in their respective countries. During their research, partners will both analyse existing documents and studies and interview experts and young people to get an up-to-date and comprehensive picture of youth practice and principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the following phases partners will then develop the other three elements of the RIDE Toolbox:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>Good Practice Directory<\/strong>, containing a collection of case studies of good practice in inclusion, diversity and equality;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>Practice Resource<\/strong>, which will include exercises and practical activities for youth practitioners, session plans and useful websites;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>Education and Training Resource<\/strong>, consisting of two elements: a module content for higher education institutes and a training course for youth practitioners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CESIE will be responsible for the project\u2019s implementation in Italy and will lead the development of the Practice Resource.
