<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">unemployment is the key burning issue among young people in Europe<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">most youth workers are still struggling to understand the link between youth work and employability<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">lack of tools (methods, approaches) in linking youth work to employability<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">nonformal education offers creative potential to develop new tools that would increase young people\u2019s employability<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">nonformal education can empower young people not only for future employment, but also for all aspects of social interaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The main aim <\/strong>of this TC <em>is to strengthen the role of youth work in fighting unemployment of young people through development of new nonformal education tools that would increase their employability.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fees:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Travel costs are covered up to a maximum of 275 euros<\/li>\n<li>Food and accommodation are covered 100%<\/li>\n<li>60 \u20ac Participation fee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are interested in taking part in the \u201cIMPROVABILITY\u201d training course, please send the CV and motivational letter by the <strong>5<sup>th<\/sup> of December 2015 <\/strong>to <u>scambiculturali@cesie.org<\/u><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>8th January \u2013 16th January, 2016 in Sinop, Turkey Why?
