The project addresses directly the issues of entrepreneurship, creativity and employability of young people in Europe. The <strong>First Step project<\/strong> aims at promoting young people&#8217;s commitment towards a more inclusive growth by helping youth workers to become more aware and be able to stimulate young people\u2019s spirit of initiative through useful tools.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>specific objectives<\/strong> of the project are:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>To explore current situation regarding financial crisis and youth unemployment<\/li>\n<li>To search the legal framework of youth entrepreneurship in partner countries<\/li>\n<li>To create a strong and sustainable network of partners and associated partners<\/li>\n<li>To train youth on entrepreneurship concept and principles<\/li>\n<li>To promote youth entrepreneurship on local and European level<\/li>\n<li>To increase the knowledge, skills and capacities of the partners to support youth entrepreneurs even after the project is over<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The methodology that will be used during TC is based in non-formal and informal training methods utilizing what Mezirow called <em>Transformational Learning<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Food and accommodation are covered at 100%, and the coverage of travel costs depends on the distance calculator established by the Erasmus+ programme (http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/programmes\/erasmus-plus\/tools\/distance_en.htm).
