It represents a continuation of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/higher-education-and-research\/video-in2sai-discover-your-new-dream\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0video<\/a>\u00a0and has aim to break gender stereotypes in the choice of a career path for women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IN2SAI is an Erasmus multilateral project (Lifelong Learning Programme) with duration of 24 months \u2013 from October 2013 to September 2015. The project involves 7 European partners and intends to increase the participation of female students in higher education studies in sciences fields (especially those relevant for aeronautics), contributing to enhance the attractiveness of scientific studies and careers in Aeronautic Industry among the female population, thereby stimulating gender balance in areas where females remain the underrepresented gender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The three video are to be produced throughout the life of the project to convey these messages, break stereotypes and enhance women\u2019s participation in science and Aeronautic Industry.
