The manual is the result of the guidelines proposed by the ALCE trainers who were involved in the development of the training course in the respective countries. It describes innovative approaches that could be used by educators for adults and civil society organizations. The manual touches themes such as the role of the trainer, the fundamental notions explored in the project and a propose of validation and recognition of the learning outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
