The present HEI<\/i> ADMINISTRATIVE Staff Training Kit<\/i> is a collection of presentations and documents which were presented during the training held in Palermo, Italy (July 22nd to 26th 2013), under the Component 2 \u201cStaff capacity enhancement\u201d of the beneficiary universities in Georgia and in Armenia under the Tempus IV project MAHATMA. The training in Palermo aimed to raise awareness on new styles of leadership, including restructuring and re-aligning the management process based on participative and innovative knowledge sharing approaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
