The present HEI<\/i> ACADEMIC Staff Training Kit<\/i> is a collection of presentations and documents which were presented during the training hold in S\u00e8vres, France (April 29th to May 3rd<\/sup> 2013), under the Component 2 \u201cStaff capacity enhancement\u201d of the beneficiary universities in Georgia and in Armenia under the Tempus IV project MAHATMA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The specific objective of the training in S\u00e8vres was to build the capacity on innovative teaching and learning methods, student assessment methods, research methods and effective class management.
