{"id":51264,"date":"2013-05-17T11:42:29","date_gmt":"2013-05-17T10:42:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/youth\/training-course-lets-bridge-the-gap-lbtg-we-are-looking-for-2-italian-participants\/"},"modified":"2013-05-17T11:42:29","modified_gmt":"2013-05-17T10:42:29","slug":"training-course-lets-bridge-the-gap-lbtg-we-are-looking-for-2-italian-participants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/youth\/training-course-lets-bridge-the-gap-lbtg-we-are-looking-for-2-italian-participants\/","title":{"rendered":"Training Course \u201cLet\u2019s Bridge the Gap! \u2013 LBTG\u201d: we are looking for 2 Italian participants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/media\/LBTG-Logo-big.jpg\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-9466\" title=\"Let's Bridge the Gap!\" src=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/media\/lbtg_thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"Let's Bridge the Gap!\" width=\"190\" height=\"130\" \/><\/a>CESIE is looking for\u00a0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">2 Italian participants<\/span> \u2013 between\u00a0 <em>youth workers<\/em>, <em>youth leaders<\/em>, volunteers, LGBTIQ activists, artists and young people using new media \u2013 for the Training Course \u201cLet\u2019s Bridge the Gap! \u2013 LBTG\u201d, within Youth in Action Programme- Action 3.1, that will take place in Palermo from the 15<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0 to 24<sup>th<\/sup> of June 2013.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">42 young people from 15 countries (Italy, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldavia, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, The Netherlands, Ukraine) for 9 days will express their opinion concerning sexuality, discrimination, stereotypes and issues related to LGBTIQ world (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transsexual, Intersexual, Queer).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The general aim is to raise awareness on identities and diversity, through activities related to art and new media (there will be workshops concerning <em>visual art<\/em>, <em>New Media<\/em>, <em>Performance<\/em>) and non-formal education methodologies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In particular, the TC\u2019s main objectives are:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>to analyse the stereotypes &#038;ideologies on sexuality-related issues;<\/li>\n<li>to promote democratic &#038; EU values, active citizenship, non-formal education and human rights in the fight against prejudices and all attitudes leading to exclusion &#038;marginalization;<\/li>\n<li>to tackle sexuality issues proactively by including youth leaders and youth organizations &#038; promote awareness;<\/li>\n<li>to support young people\u2019s personal development and promote inclusiveness of youth service for marginalized groups \u2013 openness, dialogue, commitment of equality and tolerance, acknowledgement of diversity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Training Course will be organized during the National Pride that will take place in Palermo in June 2013 with the participation of a final parade on 22<sup>nd<\/sup> of June.\u00a0 You can\u2019t lose this occasion!
