It involves 4 partners: Adice (France), CESIE (Italy), Paragon (Malta) and Projinal (Turkey).<br \/>The project aims to improve the quality and efficiency of mobility project management by creating a common infrastructure, to support participants with administrative and pedagogical tools adaptable to different kind of target, fields and structures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The partners will experiment ADICE administrative and pedagogical tools for the first 6 month and at a later stage adapting to make them suitable to different context and mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The transferred tools could be used by any Europeans structures willing to improve and structure the mobility projects management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The TOI concerns a methodology developed by ADICE, called:&nbsp; \u201cQualitative method to manage mobility project\u201d, and based on three pillars:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The booklet entitled \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Manager\u2019s Portfolio\u00a0<\/strong>\u00bb, which explains the pedagogical scheme created by ADICE;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Mobility Booklet<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb provides an efficient support to participants according to the pedagogical scheme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Data base:\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Mobility Management System<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb to centralise, optimise and facilitate the administrative and pedagogical management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Last January the Kick off meeting took place in Roubaix (France).
