Pistes Solidaires\u2019office is located in one of the main streets of Marseille (<em>La Canebi\u00e8re<\/em>) and as I arrived I found a\u00a0 very welcoming environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">My main task was writing proposals under several European programmes such as Youth in Action, Europe for citizens, Leonardo, etc. It was a very good training and day by day I realised that my knowledge about several aspects of project management was increasing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the same time, I was involved in the hosting of youth exchanges thus been totally involved in the life of the organisation and in an international dimension.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Moreover, I worked on some financial aspects related to budgeting and accounting thus receiving a very comprehensive training.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Last but not least, I developed some ICT competences especially on video editing (something brand new for me!!). Great, isn\u2019t?!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The environment at the office was always friendly and amazing and a lot of memories are fixed in my mind!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I can state without any doubt that my mobility experience in Marseille was the most significant professional experience I\u2019ve made in my life so far!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Or at least, the best one before&#8230;starting to work at CESIE!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yes, because after Marseille\u2019s experience I received a job offer from my sending organisation!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So..the perfect ending of my work mobility experience thanks to the Youth in Action Programme!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/media\/EU_flag_yia_EN.jpg\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-7741\" title=\"EU_flag_yia_EN\" src=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/media\/EU_flag_yia_EN-300x109.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"149\" height=\"58\" \/><\/a><em>This project has been funded with support from the European Commission.
