\"\"<\/a>General aim of the project is to support trainers and teachers<\/strong> from VET sector in implementation of dynamic, open and innovative methods by adapting and transferring validated e-learning course for vocational schools and training sector. The course is based on innovative pedagogical methods (eg. online collaboration, reflection, peer learning) and uses various open tools. It will enable teachers and institutions to integrate them with new qualification framework and current teaching practice. The course will be available as open resource in 9 languages together with the facilitator\u2019s detailed manual (restricted access).<\/p>\n

The aim will be achieved by adapting an e-learning course<\/strong> for educators in Poland to VET teachers and trainers learning needs and requirements in partner countries.<\/p>\n

The course has been successfully delivered in Poland for around 250 participants so far.<\/p>\n

The main aim of the project is to adapt and transfer e-learning course for educators<\/strong>. As such it contributes to LDV general priorities aimed at supporting VET actors in learning and using their skills for enhancing quality and innovation in VET. The project addresses the needs for innovative pedagogies and methods for VET<\/strong> by equipping educators with an e-course that introduces collaborative social learning and learning outcomes- based design. Thus it will give VET institutions the ability to enhance teachers\u2019 pedagogical skills combined with ICT innovative exploitation.<\/p>\n
