CESIE is recruiting 10 young people interested in participating to the project \u201cEurAsia Wings\u201d, on sustainable arts and consumption, within the programme Youth in Action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The participating countries are: Italy, France, Vietnam and China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The candidates will be asked to realize a piece of work entirely using recycled materials!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Three prize \u2013 winners will have the opportunity to go to China, meet the winners coming from the other partner countries (France, Vietnam, China) and finally create a new work connecting east and west, thanks to the intercultural context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Requirements: age from 18 to 30; good command of English; ability to work in group; sensitivity to the sustainable consumption issue; familiarity with arts and recycled materials; availability to movements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The project aims at pursuing the following purposes: connecting young people, companies and arts. Why companies? Because we want to be informed, through research, about their good practices supporting sustainable consumption; promote and connect European and Asian cultures; promote active citizenship among young people on environmental issues; develop creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Costs of the event in China (October 2012): 30% of the travel costs. Food and lodging are 100% covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
