It involved three young people (2 girls and one boy) from Cambodia, in  the local labor in the field of infant education.<\/p>\n<p>The three volunteers worked during 6 months in non-formal education of children (mostly sons and daughters of immigrants) in some centers that collaborate with CESIE: Ubuntu, Giardino di Madre Teresa, Fondazione per il Sud e Santa Chiara.<\/p>\n<p>The second part of the project will start soon (September 9th) with the departure of three young Italians, already selected by CESIE, who will spend a semester volunteering in Cambodia (Phnom Penh), giving their contribution in developing the local community, developing also International projects.<\/p>\n<p>Interface II is a project coordinated by an NGO based in Spoleto, the BBJ GONZI, who, seeing the further success of this second edition, it will provide a third one for the next year, which will involved again 6 young volunteers, 3 Cambodian and three Italians, fueling more and more the Sicilian cooperation in education with the South east Asian country, and further enriching the cultural diversity of our town.<\/p>\n<p>For further information please contact Roberta Lo Bianco mobility@cesie.org<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The first part of the EVS project INTERFACE II just ended.
