One of the answers lies in empowering those who work with young people every day. <\/strong>This was the main goal of the <a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/safe-tc\/\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">S.A.F.E Training Course<\/a>, an international learning experience that took place at Borgo Danilo Dolci, in Sicilia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A place that encouraged dialogue<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For seven days, youth workers from Italy, Spain, France, Cyprus, and Lithuania took part in an intensive training course in a venue surrounded by nature and overlooking the sea. The peaceful setting fostered active listening, meaningful reflection, and the development of authentic connections among participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Training Course adopted participatory and non-formal education methodologies to explore Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) in an engaging and practical way<\/strong>. Through experiential activities, role-playing, storytelling, group work, and interactive digital tools, participants experimented with innovative educational approaches that they will now be able to apply within their own local communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The learning journey focused on five key thematic areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Culture and sexuality;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sexual health;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gender identity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Healthy relationships;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prevention of gender-based violence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each module provided practical tools to support participants in developing greater awareness while promoting dialogue, respect, and inclusion. One of the most valuable aspects of the experience was <strong>the intercultural exchange among participants<\/strong>. Youth workers with different professional backgrounds and personal experiences came together to create a safe space where they could challenge stereotypes, share good practices, and learn from one another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Training Course concluded with <strong>A S.A.F.E. Space, a collective artistic expression session<\/strong> where participants showcased their reflections, creative outputs, and ideas developed throughout the week, turning learning into a shared and meaningful experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The knowledge and competences gained during the Training Course will continue to support participants long after the mobility has ended. The aim is to bring the newly-acquired skills and methodologies into their own organisations, contributing to <strong>the creation of increasingly safe, inclusive, and empowering environments for young people<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About S.A.F.E.
