Drawing on evidence from National Labs in Denmark, Finland, Italy, Romania, and Spain, the document maps the real barriers teachers face when engaging in mobility \u2013 from structural and financial constraints to personal challenges such as care responsibilities and linguistic confidence \u2013 and translates these insights into actionable programme designs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Each blueprint addresses a specific mobility pathway (including micro-mobility, co-teaching visits, blended and virtual formats, practicum-aligned placements, and more) and is built around four shared principles: recognition and feasibility, equity, practice-orientation, and meaningful follow-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
