Supporting companies and organisations through this shift requires new skills: reading environmental regulations, managing sustainability processes, building credible environmental, social and governance strategies. It is within this landscape that <a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/greenlab\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">GREENLAB<\/a> takes shape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GREENLAB strengthens professional skills in environmental sustainability and green consultancy, with an approach centred on European micro-credentials and on direct collaboration between vocational training providers and employers. This work has produced a free online training course, designed for those already working \u2014 or planning to work \u2014 in sustainability: professionals, managers, consultants, vocational training providers and stakeholders interested in environmental innovation. The course follows the European micro-credentials approach \u2014 short, flexible modules focused on learning outcomes that can be applied immediately at work \u2014 and registrations are now officially open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The content addresses the key themes of the green transition:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>leadership and change management for sustainability;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>strategic communication and stakeholder engagement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ESG (environmental, social and governance criteria) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>circular economy, energy efficiency and waste management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>corporate social responsibility;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>digital tools for environmental monitoring;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>European and national environmental regulations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lifelong learning and European opportunities for the green transition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This training phase is also a moment of assessment: feedback gathered from participants will help evaluate the effectiveness of the content and further improve the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To register, complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/33yT1dQoR4Kzb8V88\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">initial questionnaire<\/a> and sign up to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.platform.greenlabproject.eu\/user\/auth\/login\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">GREENLAB platform<\/a>.
