The report consists of a comparative report exploring the challenges and opportunities that young people in NEET situations encounter in their access to job-market. Partners from Cyprus, Italy, Greece and Germany conducted interviews with young people in NEET situations on the one hand, and youth workers on the other hand to collect needs and wishes, with the aim of collecting those gaps, and to start from them to brainstorm and design a new program, that could improve the social and labour market participation processes of young people. The aim of these interviews was to trace the state of the art and the perceptions of young NEET and youth workers' with regards to existing pathways for accompanying young people into the world of work and of the role of civic engagement and self-advocacy in this process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
