Are you a third-sector organisation interested in hosting university students for a curricular traineeship? MILEAGE<\/a> offers an interesting cooperation opportunity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guidance and support during internships play a key role in students' professional development<\/strong>, helping them to develop skills, explore the world of work and make informed choices for their future. A structured career counselling experience enables them to face the transition from university to the professional world with greater confidence, enhancing the contribution of host organisations in the training process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project aims to improve the quality of higher education students internships within third-sector organisations (NGOs, CSO, associations, etc.) through an innovative monitoring and mentoring system shared between universities and host organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What makes this experience unique is not only the activities carried out by students but also the structured support and guidance they receive throughout the entire internship.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purpose of the call<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This call aims to select organisations interested in hosting university students for curricular internships<\/strong>, offering a high-quality training experience that strengthens the connection between academia and the third sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Internship duration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The internship will last a minimum of 80 hours<\/strong>, to be completed between April and September 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Collaboration framework<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Host organisations will sign an agreement with the University of Palermo. If the organisation already has an active agreement, collaboration can start immediately. If organisation does not have an agreement, it can be activated by following the procedures indicated on UNIPA official website: https:\/\/www.unipa.it\/servizi\/tirocini\/tirocinicurriculari<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Financial conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The project provides a contribution of \u20ac350 per host organisation for each intern hosted (up to a maximum of 2 interns per organisation).<\/strong> This contribution is intended to cover costs related to materials, supplies, coordination, and other management-related expenses. This contribution is not intended as a reimbursement for the student\u2019s expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commitments required from the host organisation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

By joining the project, organisations commit to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
