HyPro4ST<\/a><\/strong> strengthens the skills of tourism professionals, a key sector for economic and social development. <\/strong>Through targeted training, it aims to enhance critical and creative management, soft skills and project management, with a special focus on sustainability and green project management, for more responsible and innovative tourism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Sunday, 10 November 2024, CESIE ETS had the pleasure of participating in the last day of the eighth edition of the Borsa del Turismo Extralberghiero<\/strong><\/em>, organised by Confesercenti Palermo at the Palermo Cruise Terminal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BTE is a pivotal event for all those working in the Sicilian tourism industry and aiming at the future of this sector.<\/strong> This annual EXPO brings together experts, innovators, entrepreneurs, networks and organisations dealing with these issues, under the careful coordination of Confesercenti Palermo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the spirit of innovation that professionals in the tourism supply chain increasingly need to embrace, CESIE ETS, in cooperation with Confesercenti, presented the HyPro4ST<\/strong> project to BTE professionals. HyPro4ST is indeed a unique opportunity for those who work in the sector and intend to adapt their services to the needs of a more responsible and sustainable tourism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, HyPro4ST's Free Online Course to become a hybrid and sustainable tourism project manager,<\/strong> i.e. a figure who is able to combine the technical and digital skills of a project manager with the experience of a responsible and sustainable tourism professional, will soon be available in all consortium languages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

CESIE ETS thus had the opportunity to communicate with potential course participants, providing them with a unique opportunity to discuss the benefits of participating in the course, how to take it and future career prospects for participating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HyPro4ST \u2013 Sustainable Tourism Innovation Through Hybrid Project Management<\/a> is a project financed by the program Erasmus+ Key Action 2 Partnerships for Innovation: Alliances 2021 Programme, and it has the objective of Developing a new job profile in tourism sector, aimed to upskill managers, professionals, practitioners and students of the tourism sector: the \u201cSustainable Hybrid Project Manager\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
