Storytelling is one of the most powerful ways to connect people and create meaningful change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
JeS <\/strong><\/a>embraces this belief, using storytelling as a means to promote empathy, break down prejudices, and build bridges between different experiences.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n JeS is part of a vast network of projects using this methodology with the intention of promoting dialogue, inclusion and social change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A significant example is the project YEA<\/strong><\/a>, which aims to foster the building of a sense of community among young people in socially vulnerable situations.<\/strong> In this context, storytelling is used not only to investigate the needs of these young people, but also as a tool for the co-creation of responses to them, through a participatory approach that enhances the voices and experiences of the protagonists.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Or projects such as <\/strong>EU+Map<\/strong><\/a>, which is building a \u2018map\u2019 of narratives from different European communities to promote cross-cultural understanding.<\/strong> The personal stories collected thus become educational resources, and storytelling takes on value as a teaching methodology to facilitate learning. Storytelling applied to educational contexts is indeed a powerful tool for creating inclusive and safe environments, as it facilitates the breaking down of stereotypes and the removal of cultural barriers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The contact and synergy between JeS and other projects not only confirms the effectiveness of storytelling as a tool for social change, but multiplies its impact through the sharing of resources, experiences and practices.
