After the conclusion of a prison term, reintegration into society is a complex challenge, often hindered by socio-cultural barriers. <\/strong>To address this, Road to Freedom<\/a><\/strong> offers coaching paths aimed at improving soft skills<\/strong>, with a special focus on leadership, to reduce the risk of recidivism.<\/strong> In this context, a local foresight study workshop was held in Italy on May 7, highlighting the strengths and challenges of training based on the FROG methodology<\/strong> from a professional perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants from the rehabilitative center gave positive feedback on the training<\/strong>, which allowed the participants to focus more concretely on  their desire to achieve a goal. <\/strong>It is often easy to get lost in words and abstract thoughts, so these activities have been very helpful for the residents of the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The participants in detention centers greatly benefitted from the flexibility of the methodology and the small group setting, which allowed them to better express themselves and be less inhibited during the activities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The experts, together with the trainers who received the FROG training on the methodology, also brought up some of the challenges, one of them being the short duration of the training programs and proposed new ideas for further improvement of the trainings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overall, all of the experts expressed their desire to keep cooperating in the future<\/strong>, in order to offer the people they work with the possibility of trying new experiences and learn more from these opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
