Entrepreneurs need many different skills to successfully build their businesses and make them last. These include managerial<\/strong> skills<\/strong>, communication<\/strong> and negotiation<\/strong> skills<\/strong> as well as creative<\/strong> and soft<\/strong> skills<\/strong>. It is essential to be able to work in a team, to have an open attitude to novelty and to be able to cope with problems. Furthermore, to find new solutions to existing problems or challenges, one needs to be imaginative and creative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Digital Inclusive Business School<\/strong> (DIBS) aims to provide people of foreign origin who want to become entrepreneurs with these skills, which are necessary to successfully run their own business. The creation of a knowledge base will free the imagination of participants, who will then be able to find innovative answers to the challenges of various local communities. Based on the needs analysis conducted at the beginning of the DIBS project, the partners are creating modules tailored to the learning needs of migrant entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The topics that will be covered during the Digital Inclusive Business School trainings will focus on digital competences, management and soft skills. The modules will be available in an online<\/strong> platform<\/strong> from the second half of 2023 in English, Spanish, Italian and Greek and will be implemented for all migrants in the partner countries who wish to increase their entrepreneurial skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
