This report summarises the main findings of the transnational desk and field research conducted in response to the objective of developing a sound and updated knowledge base for the entreprenneurial capacity building programme tailored to the specific needs of migrants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The scope of the research was not to carry out a preliminary or complex study but rather to gather intelligent and reflective feedback from different groups, seeking to enrich and verify generally assumed conclusions about the entrepreneurial capacity of migrants at risk of social and economic exclusion. We want to facilitate their inclusion in society by inviting insights and feedback from diverse participants, including trainers and coaches specialized in career training, entrepreneurism experts and migration professionals as well as the target group itself, to get a balanced, comprehensive, and up-to-date overview of their trainings needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
