The focus of this guide is to support teachers to develop supportive learning environments that focus on the voices and needs of all students and explore possibilities for informed career choices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The first part of the guide provides strategies for promoting learning opportunities in class that are relevant, meaningful and engaging to all students. We share ideas of how to encourage career-related teacher support and career counselling, in order to ensure students are aware of the different career paths available to them and gain crucial transversal employability skills. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The second part aims to deepen the knowledge of student identities and experiences, especially for those from potentially marginalized or vulnerable backgrounds. It does this in an inclusive and personalized way, offering teachers a whole-school and a solution oriented approach to dealing with a diverse student body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
