This Curriculum was created with the guidance of curriculum design experts and includes the information needed to increase the skills and competencies of VET trainers so that they educate employers and managers on how to recognize and support individuals with ASD in the workplace. The curriculum is divided into 6 modules:

  2. Difficulties of people with ASD in the workplace<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Developing and managing the competences of employees with ASD. Strengths of people with ASD as employees<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Employment rights of people with ASD in an international, European and national context<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Recruitment process for people with ASD, creating an autistic-friendly recruitment process<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Onboarding, adaptation and implementation processes for ASD employees. Organization of the workplace<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
