The YOPEVA manual is an innovative handbook designed to provide a methodological approach and guidance for organizations interested in offering supported employment services for youth from vulnerable groups. It aims to provide information on the implementation of YOPEVA model structures and employment services for youth in 6 countries: Italy, Spain, Romania, Portugal, the Netherlands, and Sweden.
Building on the previous experiences of the YOPEVA consortium partners, in employment services and youth placements, we have designed a methodology and practical guidelines that will help the partners to successfully extend the model in 6 European countries. The methodology makes use of conceptual and practical approaches to help deliver employment services to youth by integrating soft skills training, on-the-job training, and supported employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
