Culture<\/strong> has always been a vibrant social and growth resource, able to heal wounds in times of crisis. Its potential is huge.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to promote self-employment<\/strong> and entrepreneurship<\/strong> in the creative and cultural sector, in the last 2 years the Creative Talent Factory<\/a><\/strong> project developed free of charge educational materials: those tools are intended\u00a0for\u00a0all those artists\u00a0that wish to\u00a0launch their own business\u00a0and\u00a0thrive in the world of art entrepreneurship, but also for those educators who work with aspiring entrepreneurs from the creative sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 25th<\/sup> October in Kragujevac, Serbia, hosted by BDCK<\/strong><\/a>, the project partners met to share the last ideas about the developed resources and finalise a plan to further disseminate what was created for the creative entrepreneurs within the project in the last 2 years, with the aim of ensuring the sustainability of the project resources<\/strong>. The following day, on 26th<\/sup> October, an international final conference<\/strong> attended by approximately 50 participants, was arranged with the aim to present the project, its results and invite all the audience to use them and\/or include them into their daily work with creative entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What has been developed in these last months of the project?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E-Training Programme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

An online self-learning course<\/strong> <\/a>divided into thematic units focusing on the most crucial aspects of doing business in art. This online programme was piloted in all partners countries in September- October 2022 with the aim of testing the platform, its learning materials and its self-assessment tools. After the programme, the learners received the Creative Talent Factory e-badge, to be shared in their social media and LinkedIN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E-Toolkit for Adult Educators<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A set of online methodical materials that guides trainers through effectively using the Creative Talent Factory tools in a class setting, motivating learners to chase their entrepreneurial aspirations, and creating fruitful dialogues and interactions between them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Creative Talent Factory project is not only addressed to creatives and trainers; any adult educational institution<\/strong> that is interested in business topics can freely use the Creative Talent Factory tools and incorporate them into their curricula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
