Research<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This report presents the findings of the research of the Spanish context in relation to the promotion and protection of rights of Victims of Crime (VoC). The first section presents the analysis of the Spanish legal framework regarding victim\u2019s rights, paying especial attention to the implementation process and current competencies of the Generic Victims Support Services. The second section contains the results of the ethnographic research on the perspectives of policy makers and professionals of the public and private sectors who work with VoC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
