Vocational pathways are therefore considered necessary to meet the needs dictated by sustainable development. <\/strong>This is also due to the fact that most of the sectors expected to play a central role in the transition to a green economy are directly associated with VET<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In response to this need, the everGREEN_In<\/a> project was developed to accompany VET institutes in becoming agents of change toward sustainable development<\/strong> through the adoption of green practices <\/strong>and by responding to the needs of the current labour world<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the three years of the project's implementation, interactive materials and resources<\/strong> will be developed, which, together with some training courses<\/strong>, will support the development of green skills among teachers and administrative staff of VET institutes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On September 13, 2022, the European partner organizations met in Germany to discuss the first steps <\/strong>to be taken together: to identify the green practices currently used in VET institutes<\/strong> and to understand their level of knowledge and difficulties<\/strong> in implementing these practices, in order to develop useful resources tailored to their needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
