{"id":109970,"date":"2022-09-29T11:39:23","date_gmt":"2022-09-29T09:39:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/?p=109970"},"modified":"2022-09-29T11:40:27","modified_gmt":"2022-09-29T09:40:27","slug":"sim4csos-platform-social-impact-measurement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/news\/sim4csos-platform-social-impact-measurement\/","title":{"rendered":"Discover SIM4CSOs platform for social impact measurement!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/measuringimpact.eu\/moodle\/login\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><strong>SIM4CSOs platform<\/strong><\/a> for virtual learning has been finalised by project partners and is now freely accessible in different languages: English, Greek, Italian, Portuguese, Croatian, Polish, Norwegian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The platform intends to provide civil society organisations (CSOs) with an online educational environment, where to learn a new methodology for social impact measurement, self-assess their current approach, exchange knowledge and practical experiences related to social impact measurement with other professionals through the project\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/sim4csoforum\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Facebook group<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guided by INOVA+, project partners have co-developed the platform, tailoring it to the skill needs and training interests emerged from the <a href=\"https:\/\/measuringimpact.eu\/resources\/comprehensive-reports\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><strong>Comprehensive Report<\/strong><\/a> and building on the key topics of the <a href=\"https:\/\/measuringimpact.eu\/resources\/methodological-manual\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><strong>Methodological Manual<\/strong><\/a>, thus including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Introduction, with access to downloadable resources and to the Facebook Group of SIM4CSOs forum;<\/li><li>Lesson 1. SIMM frameworks and key concepts: an overview of the course\u2019s methodology and of the basic notions used in the course; <\/li><li>Lesson 2. The SI(M)M framework: a description of the different stages to be undertaken in the process of social impact measurement; <\/li><li>Lesson 3. Getting to work: an explanation of how to put your framework in practice;<\/li><li>Final activity. Create your own SIMM Framework: a tool to guide users in the creation of their own framework step-by-step. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thus, the resource provides CSOs\u2019 professionals with a <strong>self-assessment tool<\/strong>, enabling them to evaluate the efficacy of their current SIMM framework, by simply registering and filling in with their data, and eventually review and improve their organisation\u2019s practice over time.&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/sim4csos\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Erasmus+ project SIM4CSOs<\/a><\/strong> aims to support the creation of a community of professionals that shares the same vision about social impact measurement, by developing ad hoc resources to facilitate such a complex process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The newly created platform will greatly contribute to this aim, offering a stimulus for more and more CSOs in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Are you curious to learn more?
