{"id":100213,"date":"2021-12-03T12:38:53","date_gmt":"2021-12-03T10:38:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/?p=100213"},"modified":"2021-12-03T12:39:41","modified_gmt":"2021-12-03T10:39:41","slug":"idea-interactive-toolset-young-entrepreneurs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/news\/idea-interactive-toolset-young-entrepreneurs\/","title":{"rendered":"IDEA &#8211; Interactive toolset for self-development of young entrepreneurs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Young adults\u2019 access to the labour market is more and more challenged by different barriers, making <strong>youth unemployment<\/strong> a common issue for Europe, especially for those lacking specific skills. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this framework, the <strong>entrepreneurial field<\/strong> represents a great opportunity for young adults who, supported by tools and resources, will be able to strengthen the skills needed on the labour market<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To this aim, the partners of the <strong>Erasmus+ project <\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/idea\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">IDEA<\/a><\/strong> have been working on the creation of tailored, innovative instruments and training materials to enhance and further strengthen educators\u2019 and students\u2019 competencies in the field of entrepreneurship (in non-formal settings).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At first stage, partners conducted two researches to identify the <strong>educational approach to entrepreneurship<\/strong> at local level and the <strong>skills required by the labour market<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notably, what has been conducted is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A questionnaire for young adults\u2019 educators to identify the used teaching methods and approaches, and the transmitted entrepreneurial competences.<\/li><li>An interview with representatives of small and medium businesses to identify the necessary skills for being employed or to run a business, with a focus on the instability of the current labour market.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based on this analysis, the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/resources\/idea-mobile-report\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><strong>Mobile report about entrepreneurship teaching and entrepreneurial skills demand according to businesses<\/strong><\/a> <\/em>has been developed, an <strong>interactive resource<\/strong> which allows to search and filter the research\u2019s answers using various criteria and to identify the most needed skills in today labour market.
