In many European countries, young immigrants find neither in their families nor within their community any role model to inspire them for their professional future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mentoring<\/strong> is a strategy of supporting people (belonging, above all, to disadvantaged groups such as individuals looking for a job, young people and \/ or young immigrants) in order to increase their professional opportunities and allow them to fulfill themselves in life. It is a tool helping to increase the confidence, resources and skills necessary to exploit one's potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Would you like to become a mentor? Would you like to learn about mentoring strategies and learn how to build an effective relationship between mentor and mentee? Are you interested in enhancing your communication and intercultural skills?
