And what happens when care responsibilities intersect with working life?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 11 November, together with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comune.palermo.it\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">the Municipality of Palermo<\/a>, we will be discussing the relationship between care, work, wellbeing and gender equality, as part of the European <a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/equalcare\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">EQUAL-CARE<\/a> project, under the umbrella of which <a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/care-divide\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">CARE-DIVIDE<\/a> is being hosted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through the launch of Martina Riina\u2019s book \u2018<em>Il latte \u00e8 di tutte<\/em>\u2019 (the milk is of everyone), a panel discussion with representatives from institutions and the professional sector, and the presentation of the results of the two projects, the event aims to prompt reflection on the social value of care, gender inequalities and the need for a fairer distribution of responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An opportunity for dialogue to imagine, together, more inclusive working environments and communities, in which care is recognised as a collective responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong><\/strong><strong>Wednesday 11 November 2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>h 16:00 -
