Informal care work still falls disproportionately on women today, limiting their participation in the labour market and fueling a deep and persistent gender gap. Yet this imbalance is not inevitable: it can be addressed by raising awareness and changing everyday practices in companies, organisations and institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The CareDivide project responds to this challenge with a free training programme designed for those who, every day, have the power to make a difference in the workplace: employers, managers, and HR officers and specialists. Workers who personally experience caregiving, or who have colleagues in this situation and wish to help create a more attentive and supportive work environment, are also welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The programme includes online sessions, structured to encourage active participation and exchange among participants. The key topics include the gender gap in long-term informal care, the stereotypes that sustain it, and the family-friendly practices that organisations can concretely adopt, in line with the European Work-Life Balance Directive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme is mainly aimed at employers, managers, and HR officers and specialists. Workers who manage caregiving responsibilities, or who wish to promote a more inclusive company culture, can also take part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
