Playing sports in nature is a unique opportunity to reflect on the importance of protecting the environment, but also to explore new interests and make friends. Green League<\/a> offers you the opportunity to participate for free in 8 sports events related to the four natural elements<\/strong> - earth, air, fire, water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After Dragon Boat - Between sea and oar<\/a><\/em>, it is the turn of SUP (Stand Up Paddle) - Surfing the world<\/em>, the second Green League sports event to be held on Friday, October 13.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUP (an acronym for Stand Up Paddle) is a variation of surfing in which you stand on a board (similar to surfing but with more volume) using a paddle to 'move around'. It is a sport suitable for young and old and you can see incredible results from the very first lesson.<\/strong> Try it to believe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On October 13, you can participate in a first SUP lesson<\/strong>, trying out the board! Professional instructors will be present to explain the basics of the sport. At the end of the event we will share our views about the sport and the environment around us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Time<\/strong>: 2 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Activity duration<\/strong>: approx. 2 hours<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Swimsuit and a towel will be needed. We also recommend bringing sunscreen, hat and sunglasses. The activity will be in the sea, so knowing how to swim and being familiar with the water is required.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who can participate and how to register<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The event is open and free of charge. People between the ages of 13 and 30 and their families can participate.<\/strong> No experience in the various sports is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sports events are limited in number. Therefore, it is necessary to fill out the pre-registration form, which will remain open while places last.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you have completed your pre-registration, a few days before the event you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your participation and will be sent some useful information.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
