Objectives

  • To promote the acquisition of skills to make a non-violent and peaceful cooperation possible between young children
  • To prepare children for the transfer from kindergarten to primary school
  • To develop a manual to be used by educators in teaching contexts

Activities

  • Research into pay activities that respond to the needs and interests of preschool children related to the following content: rules, emotions, conflicts, trust and responsibility, diversity, senses and perception, communication, I and the group / the group and myself
  • Development of a manual for educators that contains a theoretical part about the non-violence and a collection of games and exercises

Results

  • Handbook for educators. The handbook is a combination of practical background knowledge as well as a collection of games and exercises. The idea is to develop an open program that lives from the input and experiences of educators and kindergarten teachers
