- Field research analysis, plus focus groups with migrants and relevant stakeholders
- Training curriculum design & implementation (train the trainers)
- Platform design & piloting based on need analysis of the users

Impact
- Migrants will be provided with basic caregiving and language skills
- Consortium members will gain more expertise and will be equipped with an innovative blended training package

- Migrants and relevant stakeholders will have the possibility to connect and further network through the platform
