Objectives
- Develop innovative teaching and learning approaches to include Creativity and Innovation Management (CIM) in HE and in practice
- Equip students from different faculties with CIM competences through non-formal and informal learning based on internships in enterprises, project work and collaborative work
- Transfer knowledge and skills to the staff on how to organise and support the traineeships and the validation of competences following CIM approach
- Create a validation and certification system of CIM competences connecting them to the European certification systems
Activities
- Researching existing approaches to acquire and validate creativity and innovation competences in HE and business
- Developing a validation system for the Creativity and Innovation Management competences
- Developing CIM competence-oriented learning approach, methods and tools
- Delivery of a training programme for HE educational personnel and HR experts and educational personnel
- Piloting and evaluation of guided traineeships and team work of students and employees with certification of the acquired competences

- CIM Comprehensive stock-taking report on CIM approaches in European study programmes
- Validation system for the Creativity and Innovation Management competences
- CIM blended learning programme
- Transnational training for the staff
