CIM – Promoting Creativity and Innovation Management in an innovative blended learning and validation programme at the interface between higher education (HE) and business

Objectives

  • Develop innovative teaching and learning approaches to include Creativity and Innovation Management (CIM) in HE and in practice
  • Equip students from different faculties with CIM competences through non-formal and informal learning based on internships in enterprises, project work and collaborative work
  • Transfer knowledge and skills to the staff on how to organise and support the traineeships and the validation of competences following CIM approach
  • Create a validation and certification system of CIM competences connecting them to the European certification systems

  • CIM Comprehensive stock-taking report on CIM approaches in European study programmes
  • Validation system for the Creativity and Innovation Management competences
  • CIM blended learning programme
  • Transnational training for the staff
  • Traineeships for students in enterprises

Activities

  • Researching existing approaches to acquire and validate creativity and innovation competences in HE and business
  • Developing a validation system for the Creativity and Innovation Management competences
  • Developing CIM competence-oriented learning approach, methods and tools
  • Delivery of a training programme for HE educational personnel and HR experts and educational personnel
  • Piloting and evaluation of guided traineeships and team work of students and employees with certification of the acquired competences
