In May 2019, the partners of the Migrants take Care project met in Germany, in the city of Siegburg, where they had the opportunity to exchange knowledge on the situation of Care Workers with a migrant background and the difficulties they are facing in the specific sector.
The Migrants Take Care project started aiming at enhancing the social inclusion of people with a migrant background, from a low educational level and with particular difficulties in accessing the labour market, through trainings tailored to their needs for cultural, communication and professional development.
