On 9th September 2015, IN2SAI Final Conference took place in Delft, Netherlands. The conference was organised in collaboration with DEWIS – Delft Women in Science. IN2SAI has promoted the event as a conference track in CEAS 2015.
The Final Conference programme was divided into 2 sessions. The first session was dedicated to women-professionals that succeed in their job to talk about female participation in scientific jobs, as well as about the overall situation of female involvement in scientific jobs around Europe. On the other hand, during the 2nd session each partner presented the project IN2SAI, its outcomes and the concrete results achieved.
On 10th September 2015 the last partners meeting took place. During this meeting, partners exchanged different feedbacks on the conference and summed up the successes and weaknesses of the projects. There was also the occasion for planning activities for the final month of the project.
CESIE is planning to finalize the project with a final visibility event on 29th September 2015, at 18:00 that will take place in CESIE office – Via Roma, 94, Palermo (Italy). All interested people are invited!
IN2SAI is an Erasmus multilateral project (Lifelong Learning Programme) with duration of 24 months – from October 2013 to September 2015. The project involved 4 Universities from Spain, Italy, Netherlands and Germany and 3 NGOs from Italy, Portugal and Austria who have worked alongside on the increase of participation and interest of female students into the Aeronautic Industry (AI), covering different areas of intervention, starting from general community, educational system to labour market and the companies working in aeronautic sphere.
